ERDEM is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction; if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Request a Return

Log into your ERDEM account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the completed return form and RMA number are included inside.

Attach the Label

Affix the pre-paid DHL shipping label provided with your original order to the outside of the parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at an authorized DHL service point or schedule a complimentary collection through the DHL website using your tracking number.
